Projects within this cooperation area aimed at improving the climate for investment within the region as well as the business, trade and entrepreneurship conditions within the region.
The two ground-setting projects in this field dealt with the creation of the financial instruments and structures necessary for the generation of entrepreneurship initiatives and the establishment of a free market within the region. The Microcredit Schemes project is presented in more details in  this section.
